Mei's Project -v10.0- -Ongoing is currently an active development version of an Android-based gadget-building game

Critically, v10.0 did not pretend to be exhaustive. The project acknowledged its partiality: there were gaps and omissions that mattered. Mei kept a list of absences—voices she couldn’t find, archives closed to her, languages she couldn’t translate easily—and treated that list as part of the work. Absence functioned as a structural element: when a sequence ended with missing footage, it asked the viewer to imagine the absent frame.
