Go to Soundpools > Synth . Select a bright, buzzy lead or a "Saw Pad." Draw a long MIDI note (e.g., a C-major chord) that lasts for the duration of your spoken phrase. The vocoder needs constant sound to work with.
The Effects Link introduces beyond the vocoder’s internal processing because the sidechain is handled at the audio engine level, not via asynchronous sends. magix vocoder effects link
Plug in your USB or XLR mic. Record a simple phrase on a new audio track. Keep it dry (no reverb). Go to Soundpools > Synth
