Anaconda 2: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid is a 2004 American horror film directed by Luis Llosa. The movie is a sequel to the 1997 film Anaconda.

The next night, under the light of a full moon, Kanaq embarked on a mission. It navigated through the jungle, confronting illegal loggers and poachers, using its massive size and strength to deter them. News of the heroic anaconda spread quickly, and soon, the locals who had been watching movies under the stars began to see Kanaq in a new light. They started to work alongside Kanaq, forming a guard that protected the jungle from those who sought to harm it.

Released as a standalone sequel to the 1997 cult classic Anaconda , this film follows a pharmaceutical expedition into the jungles of in search of the legendary "Blood Orchid," a flower believed to grant immortality.
