Set in a small-town power grid colony in Uttar Pradesh, Bijli Ka Pyaar follows (played by a relatively new face, Rohit Sen), a lineman for the electricity board, and Bijli (a stage name for actress Meera Khan), a migrant worker who arrives in town during monsoon season.
