I make with intention. My work is a mix of words, visuals, and presence. I write to name the things that feel unnameable: grief that arrives like a weather front, joy that flares up and surprises you, the mundane scaffolding of a life that is still beautiful. My visuals capture textures: the worn denim at my knees, the sun-scratch on a coffee table, the way light hits a sweat-beaded glass. I make content that feels like a late-night conversation with a friend who tells the truth and then sits with you when you breathe through it.

But everything changed when I stumbled upon body positivity movements on social media. I saw women who looked like me, with curves and rolls and imperfections, embracing their bodies and loving themselves just the way they are. It was a revelation.
Sapphire Foxx is an act of reclamation. It’s the name I use when I want to be seen on my own terms — fierce when I need to be, soft when that is brave, and clear about boundaries I no longer trade away. I chose this identity to separate the girl who absorbed other people’s storms from the woman who builds her own weather systems.
