Move the extracted folder (usually named com.konami.pes2011 ) to the following directory: Internal Storage > Android > obb

Download the APK and OBB together, follow the exact installation path ( Android/obb/com.konami.pes2011/ ), and if you encounter a black screen or license error, replace your OBB with a truly bypassed version.
