Official Windows 11 blocks installation on CPUs without TPM 2.0. Many pre-activated AIO ISOs include bypasses (e.g., appraiserres.dll removal or Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update ), allowing installation on unsupported but otherwise capable x86/x64 machines.
