When creating your character, the lighting in the opening "Execution" scene is notoriously bad (lots of shadows).
Select the "cleaner" eye shapes (usually the first few options). Avoid eyes with heavy "makeup" presets built-in, as they often look like smudged coal in vanilla. Lower the Eye Depth slightly to bring them forward out of the shadows. skyrim female character creation beautiful no mods
