If the driver keeps reinstalling incorrectly, disable automatic driver installation (see Section 5, step 3) before uninstalling.
Without the correct driver, Windows 10 may recognize the hardware as an “Unknown USB device” or “Camera” but fail to stream video.
Go to the tab and select Hardware Ids from the dropdown.
