Once the Media Builder is installed, follow these steps to generate your bootable ISO: Go to Tools > Acronis Universal Restore .
After completion, remove the Acronis USB drive and reboot. Windows will now go through a "Installing new devices" phase. Accept any driver prompts. After one or two restarts, the system should boot normally to the login screen.
